Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the authorization process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original, unopened packaging, ensuring the cellophane seal is intact, and include the provided return authorization slip.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our boutique receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
